Returns policy

If we have let you down...

You may return any product purchased from www.menniebrand.com for full refund or exchange within 30 days of you receiving them.  Please email us at menniebrand@hotmail.com or call 0431754056 to initiate a return.  Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Unfortunately, items purchased from www.menniebrand.com cannot be returned to any retail store.

Returned items must be unworn/used with labels and packaging attached and in original condition. 

Shipping and postage costs for returned items are your own responsibility.

Your original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Refunds made will be processed directly to the payment method you placed the original order through and will be processed within 3 days of us receiving the returned items.  Exchanged items will be processed and shipped within 3 days of us receiving the items.

We cannot take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
